Packaging

Please let us know if any packaging fails to get product to you safely.

To open a stitch bag, cut the excess thread off near the bag on the correct side (usually on the left) and try to undo a few threads and then pull the threads from the front and back of the bag to unravel all of the stitching.  If it isn’t unraveling try the other side.  This can take a little trial and error to unravel these but it’s the only way to go to open a stitched bag once you get the hang of it… some breeders stitching is easier than others.

Shipping Estimates

We try to ship daily Monday thru Saturday for all orders placed before 7:00PM Pacific Time and usually orders placed as late as 8:30PM Pacific Time still ship same day (UPS).

See product photos for a map of estimated lead times to your location and keep in mind that the day it ships doesn’t count as a shipping day (Sundays and UPS holidays also are not counted as a shipping day).

 

Out of stock items

Out of stock items should show an arrival estimate on the primary photo for the item if the product is on order.  These date approximations have moderate confidence but are rarely certain… once we have confirmation when an item will be arriving, the image will say “Arriving” rather than “Expected”.  “Expected” is only a loose estimate.

Order Revisions

We can very easily make changes to orders, correct addresses, revise quantities, cancel items, etc. in our system in seconds… just text, email, or chat if anything on an order needs to be revised.  If we don’t respond immediately, don’t worry… it will be corrected prior to shipping.

Pallet Shipments

Allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing and transit time for half-pallet single cultivar or full pallet single cultivar orders.

Allow approximately 3-4 weeks (often less but occasionally more) for blends to allow time for blending, processing and transit time.

Blends and custom blends may not be cancelable once the blending process has been initiated for bulk orders.  For half pallet or full/multi pallet requests, please send those to support@seed-boss.com.
