Refund policy
Shipping Errors or Damaged Product
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the packaging is damaged beyond acceptable condition or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event of shipping damage, please email clear photos to support@seed-boss.com (or text photos to 425-293-7292) so we can improve our packaging for next time and also make things right for your order.
Exchanges
Please try to order the best possible product the first time (we are here to help). Customer to pay return shipping on any exchanges per the limits of our return policy below and SEED-BOSS will eat the original shipping charge to the customer.
Returns
Due to shipping costs, the option to return is limited to continental USA customers only. Returns are accepted for unopened & dry boxes only for a period of 60 calendar days.
Buyer pays return shipping costs (unless SEED-BOSS is in some way at fault) and SEED-BOSS will eat the original shipping charge to the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will automatically be refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
